Though there are several creams available in the market which help prevent the occurrence of wrinkles, a simple tip can also go a long way in making sure they do not show on your skin. One such tip is sleeping on your back. This is because, when you sleep on the side or on your stomach, either your face and neck or your chest takes all the weight and this creates sleep lines on them.
An average duration of eight hours of sleep every night can put in a lot of pressure on the face, neck and chest area and can lead to cleavage wrinkles on them as they are being crushed into the pillow or the bed. One way to avoid this is to sleep on your back. If you cannot do this at once, start by sleeping for some time on your back and then keep alternating between the side, stomach and back to avoid putting too much pressure on any one area. Sleeping in one position can show its damage the next day.
